Knife inserts in detail: - GSD cutting insert I for discs and strips - can be used on both sides: for cutting approx. 2.3mm wide strips and for 1mm thin discs - GSD cutting insert II/III - can be used on both sides: for 2 mm and 3 mm thick discs. - GSD chip insert: for cutting approx. 8.5 mm wide strips. Please note that the GSD universal slicer is equipped with a very sharp knife. Caution should therefore be exercised when handling. For cutting material residues, please use the rest holder. Clean the universal planer by rinsing with cold or lukewarm water. Main and protractors are made of stainless steel. Cleaning in the dishwasher is possible, but shortens the service life.
